IF you have completed your video your tasks over the next two days is the following:
We are preparing for our student summit on May 15th at 10am.
Summits provide an opportunity for students to talk about their work during the project, their collaboration with their team, and their topic. They also provide a virtual learning experience and real-time interaction with an international audience on a professional level. In other words, they flatten the walls of the classroom by inviting the world in and providing a platform for students to present and share their knowledge and to learn valuable digital citizenship lessons.

Student Photograph

Each student is allowed to bring one "jpg" file into the summit. A "jpg" file is a picture file.

  1. Find a creative commons *(non-copyrighted photo that represents your topic and or your learning from the project)
  2. This photograph will be on the screen when you talk about your topic and your experience with the project.
  3. Share your photo with me to the google slideshow linked here Make sure it is a jpg and that your photo has your name on the slide along with your topic and sub-topic-EXAMPLE Morgan Tablet Computing Collaboration

3. I will then upload your photograph and copy it to load it into Elluminate before the session.

  • *** Introduce yourself - name, year in school, school, team you worked on
      • Explain what you did on the wiki and video project
      • Explain what you gained as a result of this project
      • support your thoughts with examples from the wiki/ning/video project
